Job Description

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods (including quality and temperature checks for frozen products).
• Prepare and dispatch goods according to orders (picking & packing).
• Arrange and organize products in cold storage following SOP (FIFO/FEFO).
• Conduct daily stock checks and periodic stock opname.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse and cold storage area.
• Assist with loading/unloading activities and ensure delivery documents are complete.
• Report damaged items, stock discrepancies, or operational issues to the supervisor.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety (K3) standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in FMCG/distribution/frozen food warehouse is preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work in cold storage environments.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable.
• Able to understand basic stock procedures and delivery documentation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Honest, responsible, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work on Saturdays (half day).
