Job Description
  • Manage overall branch operations: warehouse, cold storage, sales, and distribution.
  • Ensure product quality and accurate stock control (FIFO/FEFO, temperature checks, QC).
  • Oversee stock planning, purchasing, and operational reporting.
  • Lead and supervise the team (admin, warehouse, sales, drivers) and ensure SOP compliance.
  • Develop wholesale sales and maintain relationships with HORECA clients/resellers.
  • Handle customer complaints, operational issues, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor cleanliness, food safety standards, and workplace safety (K3).
 
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, distribution, or cold storage (meat/frozen food experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cold chain inventory management, QC, and warehouse SOP.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to create reports and operate Excel/ERP systems.
  • Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
  • Added advantage: HORECA network in Surabaya and experience managing warehouse teams.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays (half-day).
