PT Suri Nusantara Jaya is seeking a high-caliber sales and business development leader to spearhead the growth of our new Joint Venture in Indonesia. This is a unique opportunity to build the business from the ground up, drive market expansion, and lead a high-performing team in the food proteins and agri-commodities trading sector.
What You Will Do
- Establish, grow, and lead the JV headquarters in Indonesia, with a strong focus on food proteins and non-meat trading.
- Drive sales performance and expand into new local and international markets.
- Explore and develop poultry export opportunities from Indonesia.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a strong sales and trading team.
- Represent the JV with key stakeholders and drive strategic growth initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- More than 5 years of experience in food protein or agri-commodities sales/trading.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and market expansion experience.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to seize new opportunities.
- Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus).
- Based in Indonesia, with flexibility to travel internationally.
- Available to work on Saturdays.
