Creative Social Media Intern supports the Social Media Specialist day to day. You produce simple content, keep the DM and comments inbox responsive, and help track trends and numbers. This is a learning-by-doing role where you get real hands on the brand's social channels and grow fast by doing the work, not just watching it.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reply to inbound DMs during your shift using the reply-scenario playbook, so customers get fast, on-tone answers.
• Watch the comments, answer the simple ones, and flag complaints to the Social Media Specialist or CS, so nothing serious gets missed.
• Log every complaint into the social customer-support tracker accurately and on time, so the team always has a clear record.
• Make simple content such as posts, stories, and short videos in Canva or CapCut, following the brand guide, so output stays steady and on-brand.
• Draft captions in casual, friendly Bahasa Indonesia and apply feedback from the Social Media Specialist, so your writing sharpens with every round.
• Help keep the content calendar and feed layout updated and schedule approved posts, so the plan stays organised and on track.
• Research IG and TikTok trends and share content ideas and references with the Social Media Specialist, so the brand stays current and relevant.
• Pull basic numbers such as reach, engagement, and DM volume into the tracker for the social report, so activity is always measured.
• Keep assets organised and named properly in the shared drive, so files are easy to find and reuse.

Requirements

• Final-year student (semester 7 and up) or fresh graduate in Communications, Design or DKV, Marketing, or a related field (a strong portfolio is welcome from any major).
• Active social media user who understands IG and TikTok trends and formats.
• Basic design and short-video editing skills in Canva and CapCut.
• Decent copywriting in Bahasa Indonesia with a casual, friendly tone.
• Responsive, detail-oriented, and reliable on a shift schedule.
• Available for a 3 to 6 month internship, on-site or hybrid as scheduled.
