Job Description:

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring the efficient flow of raw materials, products, and information across all business units. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery to support business growth. The Supply Chain Manager will lead strategic planning and execution for procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support business objectives and ensure operational excellence.
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution activities to maintain product availability and freshness.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and retail operations to balance supply and demand effectively.
• Optimize logistics and delivery networks to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
• Analyze key supply chain metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve performance targets and foster continuous improvement.
• Utilize ERP systems and data analytics to monitor stock movement, forecast demand, and plan replenishment.
• Support business expansion by establishing scalable supply chain infrastructure and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management, preferably in retail, FMCG, or food industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, demand planning, and inventory optimization.
• Proven experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
• Analytical, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cold-chain or perishable goods logistics is a strong plus.
